Nikin oversees all finance and operations at Polyzen. In this capacity, Nikin is helping lead the company toward improved profitability and growth. In addition to working at Polyzen, Nikin has worked at Deloitte Consulting in their Strategy and Operations practice, an early-stage venture capital fund, and Medtronic, supporting investments, mergers & acquisitions, new product launches, and exploring new technologies and services for emerging markets.

Nikin holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
