TRUST AND QUALIFICATION
MATTERS

We’re a trusted medical device supplier of polymer films found in many manufactured finished goods fighting coronavirus. Our ISO- and FDA-regulated manufacturing facility is authorized to produce Class I, II, and III medical devices, components and assemblies.

BASED IN
NORTH AMERICA

Polyzen’s 75,000 sq. ft. medical device manufacturing facility in Apex, North Carolina, is in an ideal location for companies and universities looking to manufacture coronavirus-driven finished products and medical devices that meet FDA EUA authorization.

We partner, to design, develop, and manufacture the following PPE products:

Face shields / masks:

Face shields are cut from PET, PETG, or Polycarbonate films, which Polyzen makes and/or sources from its supply chain network. Then depending on the design, we have bonded our TPU film to some shields to provide additional protection. Face shields are also a medical device in the healthcare profession because they guard against exposure to infectious materials.

TPU films:

Thermoplastic polyurethane film (TPU) is a dynamic substrate, and when combined with lamination and adhesives it serves as a protective sleeve to go over laptops, iPhones, and many other items within a healthcare and consumer environment to assist with infection control.

Straps for face masks:

Thermoplastics elastomers used in latex-free elastic straps offer the ideal material solution and support modification for different configurations.

Isolation boxes and tents:

Our high clarity antistatic TPU film forms the outer enclosure to protect the healthcare worker and PPE and also prevents particulate cross-contamination between patients and the external environment. Further, we have leveraged our prototyping services to help companies optimize their design for manufacturability as well as provided manufacturing services such as welding and assembly.

TPU gloves:

We manufacture medical-grade, personal protective gloves to meet user durability needs, including leak, puncture, abrasion, and chemical resistance. In addition, we developed these gloves for use in critical environments that require barrier protection in dealing with coronavirus-related treatments.

As an essential business, we continue to meet the needs of all of our customers, and we now have set aside space within our North Carolina facility to design, develop, and manufacture coronavirus PPE films and finished medical devices.

Far more than just products, we deliver the best solutions. We know lives depend on it.
