Apex, North Carolina – January 3, 2018 –  Polyzen, Inc., a leading developer and manufacturer of customized polymer-based materials, films, components, and assemblies, proudly announces its recent facility expansion from 32,000 sq. ft. to 75,000 sq. ft. Polyzen will use the expanded facility for additional manufacturing, warehouse and office spaces.

The $5.5 million expansion was brought forward to meet the growth of our current and new customers and comes in parallel with the addition of new equipment and staff. Over the past year, Polyzen has invested over $1.5 million in new equipment and technology and has reached a total headcount of about 115, with plans to add an additional 10-20 new positions in 2018.

Polyzen has vast experience and know-how in polymer materials and manufacturing capabilities to help accelerate innovative ideas into scaled engineered solutions, serving entrepreneurial start-ups to large medical device OEMs.
