The Quality Management System defines the Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs as Polyzen's Management Representative and Chief Quality Officer (CQO) of Polyzen, Inc.

Polyzen's compliance team consists of the Management Representative along with all other members of the Senior Management Team. Through the Compliance Team leadership, Polyzen Inc. maintains a robust Quality Management System(QMS). QMS effectiveness is verified through internal audits, preventive action programs, establishment of idea teams, monthly business review meetings and semi-annual management review meetings. Our documented and implemented quality programs ensure consistent quality that our customers and strategic partners expect.
