Extrusion Blow Molding
Blow molding is the process in which heat extruded tube (parison) is captured between two halves of a mold to create a balloon, vial, etc. It is ideal for pre-determined part designs that are high volume production since the process is quick and repeatable. This process is best for medium to high production levels.

Tube Blow Molding
In this process, extruded tubing is heated in a mold and expanded with Nitrogen to form the shape of balloon mold. This process is ideal for manufacturing high pressure balloons from PET, nylon and urethane as well as low pressure balloons from soft elastomers.
